Fall 2013 Recreational Registration
for ages 3-15
(player must have been between these ages on August 1, 2013)
We will hold registration on the following dates:
- Saturday, August 17th 10:00am--4:00pm at the Victoria Mall (by TJ Maxx)
- Saturday, August 24th 10:00am--4:00pm at the VYSO Soccer Complex
Online Registration will open on 4/28/13!
Player registration fee is $80.
This includes the uniform for all players
The player will also need shin guards, cleats and a soccer ball.
A $25 late fee will be added to all player registrations starting
Sunday, September 1st.
Please remember to provide verification of the player's birth date!
Registrations will not be accepted without this verification.
(You do not need to provide verification if the player has played with VYSO within the last three years.)
Notice: VYSO charges a $30 returned check fee.

Attention New Players!
We must have proof of the player's birth date before we can place them on a team. Please bring a copy of the player's birth certificate to registration. You can also mail a copy to the address below. Or you can fax it to 877-936-8873.
