Spring 2012 Recreational Registration
for ages 3-15
(player must have been between these ages on August 1, 2011)
We held registration at the Victoria Mall on the following dates:
- Saturday, January 21st 10:00am--4:00pm
- Saturday, January 28th 10:00am--4:00pm

Player registration fee is $75
This includes the uniform (jersey, shorts and socks.)
Returning fall 2011 players receive a $10 uniform discount.
*returning fall players will not receive a new uniform*
*player must register on time to receive $10 discount*
The player will also need shin guards, cleats and a soccer ball.
A $25 late fee will be added to all player registrations starting
Thursday, February 2nd.
Please remember to provide verification of the player's birth date.
Registrations will not be accepted without this verification.
(You do no need to provide verification if the player has played with VYSO within the last three years.)

Attention New Players!
We must have proof of the player's birth date before we can place them on a team. Please bring a copy of the player's birth certificate to registration. You can also mail a copy to the address below. Or you can fax it to 877-936-8873.
